Finished out the season with 21 cars hitting the track. Tonight's race was very important as we were crowning our first ever Horse Power Sales Corvette Challenge Champion. Round 3 was the deciding race for the championship as our 2 contenders got paired together. Dino Ramirez vs John Perez (JP) Dino driving his red C4 took the round win, and the championship at the same time.

Tonight's big surprise came from our runner-up James Scott running his 02 convertible. James has only been out with us a couple times this season however, he has apparently learned very well. Congratulations to James and his wife as proud new parents. Mom dad and baby are all doing well.
Georgia Dobbs went 3 rounds tonight impressing all in attendance with some awesome lights. Georgia was paired with her husband Talmadge in round 2. Talmage says he can't race her because "no matter what he is the loser" well he was kind of right. He was the loser of the round because he got hammered by a huge hole shot. Way to go Georgia.
The Moroso 2005 Track Awards Presentation is on January 7th 2006 at Club Safari at the Marriot 4000 RCA Blvd. Palm Beach Gardens. The Top 5 in the points will be presented an award to mark their 2005 achievement. If you would like to attend you must contact the track no later than December 30th @ 561 - 622 - 1400 to reserve a ticket. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Cost is $20.00 per person. Cocktails and Hors d' oeuvres @ 6:00 Awards presentation at 7:30. This is to award the champion trophy to each of the classes that run at Moroso.
